# Docmend > Docmend is a Chrome extension for getting documents reviewed and signed. You open a Google Doc, a PDF or a Word (.docx) file in its side panel and send one link. Reviewers open the link in any browser, highlight text, leave notes or sign, with no account and nothing to install. Notes come back as real Google Docs comments, or as comments saved inside the PDF.
