How to remove the password from a PDF

  1. Choose the locked PDF.
  2. Type its password (leave it empty if the PDF opens but blocks printing or copying).
  3. Click Unlock PDF.

Common questions

Can Docmend open a PDF without the password?

No. You need the password to open the file. Docmend only removes it so you don’t have to type it every time.
