What counts as one action on the free plan?
Docmend no longer counts actions. The free plan includes every PDF and image tool with no limits, 10 signature requests a month, 5 conversions a day (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF to Word) and 45-second videos. Pro removes the signature limit and allows up to 300 conversions a month.
Review links with unlimited notes, PDF notes into Google Docs, Word copies and PDFs with comments are all unlimited on the free plan, and so are Word checks. See pricing and how a client signs a PDF without an account.
How the free plan works now
- Add Docmend to Chrome from the Chrome Web Store and pin the Docmend icon. No account to create.
- Open any Google Doc and click the icon. The side panel connects to the Doc using your own Google sign-in.
- Run the Word check, create review links, add PDF notes to a Doc, download fixed Word copies and create PDFs with comments as often as you need.
- Send up to 10 signature requests a month on the free plan.
- Use all 25 PDF tools and 16 image tools on docmend.app with no limits. Conversions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF to Word) are free up to 5 a day.
- Pro is $4 a month, or $36 a year, for unlimited signature requests, up to 300 conversions a month, 10-minute recordings and no Docmend footer on your PDFs.
