Common questions

What is the difference between JPEG and JPG?

None. It is the same format. Old versions of Windows allowed only three letters in a file extension, so .jpg became common. Some forms only accept that spelling.

Does the quality change?

Not for JPEG files: they are renamed, not re-saved. Other formats are converted at high quality.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Docmend works on the picture inside your browser, so it never leaves your phone or computer.
