Common questions

My signature photo has a grey background. Will it be accepted?

“Clean up the paper” makes the paper white and the ink dark, which is what forms ask for. It is on for signatures, thumbs and declarations.

The notice says different numbers. What do I do?

Click “Change the numbers” and type the width, height and KB limits from your notice. Forms change their sizes from time to time.
